Article 1 Definitions
In these circumstances:

7- In cooperation with delivery partners, it is not possible under any circumstances to guarantee a specific time schedule for the delivery of your order, however we encourage you to let us know your preferences to avoid any inconvenience to all parties involved.

Important Notes:

* The customer agrees to check product conformity upon delivery. Any delivery error in connection with the order must be the subject of a complaint within a period not exceeding 24 hours.

* All orders placed on our website are shipped in tightly sealed packaging. It is the customer's responsibility not to accept any package that has already been opened or used. Otherwise, the customer loses all his rights to complain.
