RETURN POLICY
1. Returns and returns only apply if purchased directly from sooqstock and do not apply to sales made by retailers and distributors.
2. If the item(s) is damaged during shipping or delivery, you can return the item(s) and issue a replacement. In the event that you request a replacement for an item that was wrongly sent, to be eligible for an exchange you must first contact us and then return the item within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, and you reserve the right to charge sooqstock fee for the incorrect item to be exchanged if you do not It shall be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date on which we have confirmed that a replacement will be issued.
4. Any right to return will forfeit if seven (7) days have passed since the item was delivered.

Our Return Guarantee means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in the original condition within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the item unopened (with any seals or plastic wrap intact), and we will issue You get the full amount you paid for the item.
